We have no accounts, no sign-ups, and no database. We do not collect your name, your email, or your location. What the site saves, it saves on your own device — we never receive it and cannot see it.
What stays on your device
The meditation tools save a few things in your browser's local storage so the site remembers you between visits:
- Your light level (Dark, Med, or Light) and language choice.
- Your answer to the "how are you feeling" question that sets a starting frequency.
- Frequencies you lock during a session, and a running session profile built from them.
All of it lives in your browser only. It is never uploaded, never sent to us, and never shared. We have no way to read it.
Clearing it
Clear your browser's site data for this site and everything above is gone permanently. In most mobile browsers: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cookies and site data. There is nothing to request from us, because we hold nothing.
Video
Videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you tap play.
Until then, no YouTube cookie is set and no request is made. When you do press play, we use
YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set
tracking cookies for building an ad profile. Once playback starts, YouTube receives your IP
address and player interactions under Google's privacy policy, which we do not control.
Analytics and advertising
We run no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising. There is no third-party script on this site other than the YouTube player you choose to load.
Children
This site is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect anything from children. Since we collect nothing from anyone, there is nothing held about a child to delete.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, laws there give you rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data a site holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to retrieve or erase on our side. The data described above is under your control on your own device and you can clear it yourself at any time.
Changes
If this ever changes — if we add a newsletter, an account, or analytics — we will update this page and the date above before it takes effect.
